Jason has represented clients involving complex and substantial marital estates, contentious child custody disputes, child abuse related
litigation, Hague Convention litigation concerning international child abduction, and contempt litigation.
Prior to focusing his practice in 2010 on advising and representing clients in family law related matters, Jason had a broad scope of practice, including complex construction contracting disputes, business formation and dissolution, contract drafting, conservatorship and guardianship litigation, probate litigation and estate planning.
Jason is admitted to practice in Tennessee, including in the Western District Federal Court. He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2007. From 2006 to 2007 Jason was the law clerk for two Shelby County Probate Court Judges. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis Law School in 2007, where he was also an associate editor on the University of Memphis Law Review. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in 2001.
